Course in Miracles Study Group

According to Marianne Williamson in A Return to Love, The Course in Miracles seems to have a basic message:  relax.  Marianne states "As I began reading the Course and following the Workbook exercises, I could feel almost immediately that the changes it produced inside of me were positive.  I felt happy.  I felt like I was beginning to calm down.  I began to understand myself.  Most importantly, I began to have some sense that I could change.  Studying the Course, unleashed huge amounts of hopeful energy inside of me."

Please join fellow spiritual seekers in a monthly Course in Miracles Study Group as we explore the workbook lessons and how they relate to our New Thought teachings.

The CCSL Course in Miracles Study Group Meeting.  This study group will meet at Kathy Plasse's home on the first Monday evening of the month (there are exceptions for calendar conflicts, check the CCSL Calendar Email Kathy for directions and dates.

Course in Miracles Introduction:  This is a course in miracles. It is a required course. Only the time you take it is voluntary. Free will does not mean that you can establish the curriculum.   It means only that you can elect what you want to take at a given time. The course does not aim at teaching the meaning of love, for that is beyond what can be taught. It does aim, however, at removing the blocks to the awareness of love's presence, which is your natural inheritance. The opposite of love is fear, but what is all-encompassing can have no opposite.
